- Workspace list in briefing: only `Default Workspace` (was 5 entries — 4 leaked test workspaces hidden)
- Chat session rail: visible by default with 5 sessions; toggle has accessible labels

## Honest re-scoring
My baseline dim-1 (First-run clarity) was harsh — the briefing has a clear primary CTA ("Start Working") and outside-click dismissal works. Correcting baseline now that I've audited the LoginBriefing source code.
