PM je krenuo u Computer Use kroz Chrome MCP i završio dva deliverable-a uprkos Claude Design 100% weekly limit warning-u (extra usage validirana — Marko-ova hipoteza tačna).

**P0 Dock Global Position fix — DONE.** Claude Design CC izvela detaljnu dijagnostiku (JS inspection u live prototype-u, izmerene koordinate dock pill-a, root cause analiza), zaključila da je dock tehnički već globally fixed pre fix-a (Marko-ovo opažanje "dock prati window" bila je percepcijska iluzija jer Tweaks panel covers part of dock). Ipak primenila eksplicitan `position: fixed; bottom: 14px; left: 50%; transform: translateX(-50%)` spec za clarity + macOS dock paradigm match. File changed: `shell.jsx`. Verifikacija screenshots saved u `screenshots/dock-fixed-tweaks-closed.png` i `screenshots/dock-fixed-tweaks-open.png`. ## §1 — Šta sam uradio dok si spavao (originalni plan, prošireno overnight)
|
||||
|
||||
Tri stvari u redu prioriteta koja si dao ("killer landing... perfect UI/UX... e2e... testiranje memorije...").
|
||||
|
||||
**Prvo — Landing v3.1 refresh.** Postojeći v3 draft nadograđen sa tvojom noćnom direktivom "Qwen works as Claude, Claude works even better than simple Claude". Tri konkretne promene: hero subheadline dobio specifične brojeve (+12.5pp Claude smarter, Qwen 35B Claude-class na held-out), Proof Cards 2+3 reformulirane sa "translation for your boss" linijama koje pretvaraju tehnički nalaz u rečenicu koju čitalac može odmah preneti dalje, i dodata nova sekcija §2.5 "The two wins" koja kondenzuje oba findings u dva paragrafa za read-friendly mode čitaoca. **Drugo — Live memory test skripta.** Draftovao sam 10-koračnu skriptu za našu zajedničku live test sesiju. Pokriva svih 10 audit gap-ova (G1-G10) iz tvog 2026-04-29 audit dokumenta plus coexistence verifikaciju (Claude Code MEMORY.md + hive-mind sqlite paralelno) plus tipičan dnevni workflow simulaciju. Trajanje 60-90 min, output je session report koji postaje §0 evidence base za Wave 1.5 brief. Najduži korak je G7 hash file portability (10 min) jer je to load-bearing infrastruktura post coexistence LOCK. Predložio sam 4 slot opcije (1-3. maj AM/PM) — biraj jedan ujutro i šaljemo dalje. ## §2 — Šta NISAM uradio dok si spavao (svesno parkirano)

**Hermes intel integration u canonical competitive doc.** Pomenuo sam ovo kao paralelni rad, ali sam zaključio da ne treba da ga uradim noćas iz dva razloga: prvo, nemam direct access read-write u canonical doc (trebao bih CC ili manual paste — efikasnije je da se to uradi tokom dana sa tvojim sign-off-om); drugo, postoji risk da Hermes intel framing bude inkonsistentan sa landing v3.1 ako jedan dokument autorizujem a drugi ne — bolje da idu zajedno kroz tvoj review.

**Claude Design Pass 2 review.** Čekam — kao što si rekao da sačekam — Claude Design CC završetak current "Editing shell.jsx" workflow-a pre nego što otvorim novi review pass. Ako ujutro vidim da je status "Done", krećem odmah sa Pass 2 (Computer Use, ~30-45 min).

Glavni breakthrough nije bio code, nego: **wizard ima 8 koraka stvarno (kao što si rekao)** — moja prethodna PM mapa od 4 surface-a bila je posledica auto-complete branch-a u `useOnboarding.ts:77-106` koji bypassuje wizard kad postoje workspaces. Investigation dokumentovana u `docs/ONBOARDING-INVESTIGATION-2026-04-30.md`. Sa `?forceWizard=true` URL paramom (dev-gated) verifikovali smo svih 8 koraka renderuju clean, transparent crna pozadina, FR#33 round 3 finally klin.

Pošto si rekao spavanje pre nego što smo počeli landing v3.2 sesiju, ja **NISAM autonomno krenuo** da otvaram Claude Design ili da pišem v3.2 delta brief. Razlozi:

Prvi — landing copy je tvoja strateška odluka, ne PM execution task. Treba mi tvoj direktan input na svaku od 10 ratification decisions, a not noćni jednostrani draft koji ti ujutro mora da prevartiš.

||||

||||
Drugi — 3 utiska iz Pass 7 (Memory 17 platforms, addiction features, wizard alone) trebaju tvoj sign-off pre integracije, jer "collector positioning" i "continuity-by-design" su brand-level pomaci koji utiču i na arxiv i na KVARK pitch dalje.

||||
Treći — Hermes intel integration u canonical competitive doc je takođe parked, isti razlog kao prošle noći (treba ići zajedno sa landing finalize-om kroz tvoj review da framing bude konzistentan).
